01. DO I NEED TO SET UP A ACCOUNT TO PLACE A ORDER

 

You can shop at ARAB-IMPORT  without creating an account.

However, register  with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

Prices are shown standard including 21 % vat.

If you live outside the EU and you register, you can shop without vat.

When you have a company inside the EU  and you have a vat- number you can shop without vat

02. I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD- WHAT SHALL I DO ?

 

 

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search our online store by product in the search menu on the left.

04. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK ?

 

We do our best to have most items in stock. But it is possible that it may take a while before a product is available. Depending where it is ordered from or manufactured . If items are unavailable for a longer time , customerservice will email .you. Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, it isn’t reserved, and will be available to other customers while you are browsing.

05. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT ARAB-IMPORT ?

 

We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.

06. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

 

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.  We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.

07. HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

 

Taxes and duties are not calculated outside the EU.  These are the customers responsibility and will be charged to you when package arrives. ARAB IMPORT is not held responsible for these duties and taxes.

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from ARAB IMPORT  to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.

09. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product you have received, simply return it within 28  days in new condition for an exchange or refund.  Personalized items like Promotional items with embroidery are not accepted  as returns.  Enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice  with your return. You can also use the return form. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns and exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please note that we can not ship a replacement to you until we receive and examine the item. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you place a new order.

Once we receive your return, we work to process your return within 3-7 business days.
If you paid by credit card, your original method of payment will be credited  approximately within  2 weeks  of processing your return.

We are happy to ship our products worldwide. All of our prices are in euro’s
